Chef Kav has been traveling to different cities for the last 13 years working for the highest achieving restaurants and chefs. After moving to Copenhagen and working under Rasmus Kofoed at Restaurant Geranium he has gone on to support openings of several highly-regarded restaurants and hotels.

Kavit is inspired by beautiful local ingredients and modern techniques from a history in high-end restaurants and most importantly sustainable and organic produce. Our servings are developed according to guest requirements but he always strives for the best combinations that are also visually appealing.

After over a decade of hands-on work he now is developing the experience into new modern ways of supporting businesses.
As well as evolving the way operations work to help create a better planet, Chef Kav is currently working closely together with ambassadors in the United Nations World Food Programme to help create a better world through the handling of food and systems revolving around the hospitality sector.
